Evolve is a Bristol studio. We design and build software around the way a business already works: booking systems, customer portals, job management, membership sites with billing, and the websites that sit in front of them. We also replace legacy systems and add AI automation where the audit says it will pay back. Here is the list, and what each one is for.

Discovery
Everything starts with the Evolve Workflow Audit, which you can also buy on its own. It leaves you with full documentation of every process in your business, department by department, with the time each takes and what it costs. Most companies have never had that in one place, and it is worth keeping whether or not you automate anything afterwards. The data is yours: it exports as a spreadsheet, and you are free to take it to your own team, another agency, or us.
For a single website or a single system, where a full audit would be more than the job needs, we run a shorter scoping engagement instead: a site inventory or a sit-down with the people who use the system, and a written scope with a fixed price at the end of it.

Every Evolve engagement begins with a Workflow Audit, and you can buy it on its own. Everyone in scope documents their own repeating work, so we get a census rather than a sample. You end up with every process in the business written down, department by department, and the time priced in pounds.

Discovery first. Then a written scope for the first phase and one fixed price. Then a demo every week from the second week of the build, with working software on a staging address that you use and steer. Then handover: repository, cloud account, database and documentation in your name, with training for the people who will use it. Support afterwards is optional and monthly.
What it costs
Every phase is a fixed price agreed before it starts. We do not quote day rates. What moves the price is scope: the number of user types and screens, the systems it has to talk to, how much data has to move across, and how much evidence a regulator will want. Questions people ask before they hire us
How long does a project take?
The Workflow Audit takes about three weeks. A first fixed-price build phase usually goes live within eight weeks of sign-off. Larger systems are split into phases, each of which ships something you can use.
Do we need technical staff?
No. We build it, document it, and train the people who will use it. If you have an IT team we work with them; if not, we host and support it.
How do you measure whether it worked?
Against the hours and cost the audit recorded before we started. If we built a booking system, the measure is the time booking took before and after, counted the same way.
What about our data?
It is yours. The repository, the cloud account and the database sit in your name from the first week.
How does pricing work?
Fixed price per phase, quoted after discovery. No day rates and no retainers you did not ask for. The audit gives us the scope; the scope gives you the number.
Do you serve clients outside Bristol?
Yes. We are based in Bristol and work with businesses across the UK, in person across the South West and remotely everywhere else.
