How to Pick the First AI Automation in a Mid-Market Insurer
For a mid-market UK insurer running between £100m and £1bn in gross written premium, the question we hear most often is not whether to deploy AI automation but which workflow to start with. Policy document automation. Inbound policy documentation, endorsements, renewals, mid-term adjustments, read, classified, and the data extracted into the policy administration system. Complexity scoring is harder unless the firm has good records of what was actually complex versus what was flagged as complex.
